Once you have completed the online ordering process, you will receive an invoice by email for your records automatically. Usually this should be with you within approximately 10-15 minutes. If not, please email us at enquiries@broad-group.com.

Once payment has been received we will send you another email with a URL, username and password. Use this information to login and download the presentations given at the event. All presentations are zipped and will be in either PowerPoint or PDF format.
