Sanfilippo Syndrome is a devastating rare genetic metabolic disorder that is caused by a missing enzyme. Children with Sanfilippo Syndrome experience severe neurological decline beyond age 4-6 and death before their second decade of life. While the prognosis for the disease is severe, there are new treatments on the horizon. Your donation will help accelerate these medical advances. We are saddened to say that our friend Roy Zeighami's son was recently diagnosed with this disorder. His son is three.
